What you need:
- 3 cups dry pasta
- 4 T butter
- 4 T flour
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded mild cheese
- Cook pasta. Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in sauce pan
- Whisk in flour, salt and pepper. Cook 3-4 minutes.
- Whisk in milk and stir until it starts to thicken(2-3 minutes)
- Reduce heat to simmer. stir in cheese.
- Mix in pasta.
- Serve warm.
